About This Project
A unique gem of a building in the heart of Philadelphia — designed and built completely by Paiz Builders. The exterior alone breaks the rowhome mold: custom stucco, round porthole windows, a wood-slat balcony, and a real wood entry.
Inside, the customization runs deeper than finishes. A floating steel-and-wood staircase climbs under a skylight, a white kitchen with waterfall quartz island carries brass hardware and a globe chandelier, and the master bath pairs a marble feature wall with a freestanding tub, curbless shower, and brass fittings. Built-in speakers and integrated appliances round out the spec.
This townhome is what we point to when a client asks what 'fully custom' means from our crew: a building where the design, the structure, and every interior decision came from one shop.
