Rowhome Addition Foundations & Footings, Philadelphia.
About This Project
A portfolio of foundation work from several rowhome additions. Every addition starts below grade: an excavated yard, formed footings, and foundation walls in block or poured concrete, waterproofed before the backfill goes in.
City lots leave no room for error. The dig sits against a neighbor's wall or an existing brick foundation, access is a narrow alley, and the layout has to be right before the first pour.
Planning an addition? Our concrete service covers the foundation, and our framing crew takes it up from there.
We build across Philadelphia and the surrounding counties — see where on our service areas page, or start your own project with a free estimate.
