About This Project

A ground-up construction for a client, fully customized to their wants and needs — and a true stand-out property in the East Kensington area. This build started as their wish list and ended as their address.

The finish palette runs dark and confident: a black-and-white custom kitchen with a waterfall quartz island and bar seating, a wet bar with a dual-zone wine fridge, and a spa-grade master bath — freestanding soaking tub, glass shower with bench, marble-top double vanity, matte black fixtures throughout. Even the powder room got a statement geometric tile floor.

Building custom for a client is a different discipline from building on spec: every selection is a conversation, and the schedule has to hold anyway. This one did, from foundation to the roof deck.
