Paiz Builders is a family-run general contracting company serving Philadelphia and the nearby Montgomery County suburbs. Our reputation was built the slow way — one finished project at a time, with the next job usually coming from a neighbor who watched the last one happen across the street.
We started in the trades — framing, concrete, the structural work most people never see — and grew into full builds by earning them. When the person running your project has personally framed floors and poured foundations, nobody on site can tell him a shortcut is standard practice.
We're not a franchise, and your project won't be routed through a call center. We build across Fishtown, Northern Liberties, East Kensington, Port Richmond, Queen Village, and Center City, and out to Ambler, Blue Bell, and Conshohocken — and the people who answer the phone are the people who build the work.
Licensed & insured: fully licensed in Pennsylvania and Philadelphia. Certificates of insurance available on request, including COIs for managed buildings.
