Rear Yard Concrete Pad & Deck Stairs, Philadelphia.
About This Project
This rowhome's back door opened onto nothing — no stairs, a rough yard, and temporary posts holding up the overhang. The before photos show where the job started.
We poured a new concrete pad across the rear yard, working around the shoring and the drain cleanout, and broom-finished it for traction. Once it cured, our carpenters built a pressure-treated landing and stair with full balusters up to the door.
Concrete and carpentry from one crew means the stair lands exactly where the slab was poured to take it. See our concrete and framing services.
We build across Philadelphia and the surrounding counties — see where on our service areas page, or start your own project with a free estimate.
