Rowhome Gut Renovation Framing, Philadelphia.
About This Project
A brick rowhome gutted to the shell and framed back out. New stud partitions lay out the rooms over the original plank floors, and a curved enclosure is framed around the stair along the exposed brick party wall.
At the rear, the addition is all new: floor joists, subfloor, stud walls, and framed openings for the windows and patio door.
Framing in an old house means working to walls that are not plumb and floors that are not level — and making the new work true anyway. See our framing service.
We build across Philadelphia and the surrounding counties — see where on our service areas page, or start your own project with a free estimate.
