[ Commercial Concrete ]
Park Building Foundation & Concrete Flatwork, Greater Philadelphia.
About This Project
Commercial concrete for a park restroom building, documented from the first trench to the finished site. The job started with excavated footing trenches strung for layout, then poured footings with capped rebar dowels ready for the walls.
The building slab was prepped with a vapor barrier, wire mesh, and every plumbing stub-up set before the pour — then placed and finished under lights. Around the finished building, the flatwork runs in large panels with saw-cut joints out to a curved edge lined with precast bollards.
Public work is inspected work. Our concrete service covers foundations and flatwork for commercial and residential sites alike.
We build across Philadelphia and the surrounding counties — see where on our service areas page, or start your own project with a free estimate.
